During my recent stay at Capo Pero, I found the balance between luxury and value to be quite appealing for those planning a getaway in Tuscany. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service, which simplifies access to nearby attractions and the charming beach less than a pleasant stroll down the hill, highlighted by its unique black sparkly sand. The rooms were impeccably clean, equipped with perhaps the best air conditioning I encountered during my travels in Italy, which made the warm Tuscan days more enjoyable. A notable feature is the outdoor dining area, perfect for drying swimwear while indulging in a fresh breakfast. The hosts, particularly Michele, deserve mention for facilitating a private boat tour that showcased the stunning bays of the region-a worthwhile investment for those seeking a local experience. Capo Pero provides an excellent opportunity to enjoy Tuscany's beauty without compromising on comfort, all while being mindful of your budget.
